There are a number of inns and eateries around the town, but Hikaru's place, tucked back between the Tower Clock and the Old Council Offices, offers a quite unique experience. It probably wouldn't have been possible to set up such a venture during the war, as it is dependent on the harbour for its exotic herbs and leaves. Now though it is flourishing and Hikaru has placed tables outside to accommodate the demand.
Many are the patrons who leave with a new found confidence, inspired to try new endeavours and take on those heroic challenges that have previously daunted them.
